Requirements

We are looking for a remote contractor with a very solid Ruby/Rails background and experience working with agile teams and test driven development to augment our team.

This position would most likely last for at least 6 months and would require a commitment to provide 40 hours a week (occasional vacations off with previous notice are fine) and generally working during NYC business hours from 9 to 6 (at least 5 hours need to overlap with your time zone to be able to do pairing sessions).

A high English level is a must since we value strong communication skills and all internal communications are conducted in this language.

This position is not open to agencies or consulting firms.
